With
the
development
of
smart
logistics
industry,
demand
for
intelligent
loading
and
unloading
(ILU)
within
urban
supply
chains
(USCs)
is
increasing.
However,
few
studies
have
examined
critical
success
factors
(CSFs)
enhancing
ILU
in
USCs.
This
study
establishes
a
CSF
model
to
support
improvement.
Specifically,
it
integrates
stakeholder
theory,
resource-based
view
innovation
diffusion
theory.
Through
research
conducted
collaboration
with
16
industry
specialists
Korea,
19
were
identified.
Fuzzy
DEMATEL
Adversarial
Interpretive
Structure
Model
(AISM)
then
applied
analyze
identified
factors.
The
results
indicate
that
collaboration,
government
support,
regulatory
compliance
are
most
important
affecting
improvement
Finally,
cross-impact
matrix
multiplication
classification
(MICMAC)
analysis
further
verifies
these
high
driving
power
low
dependence,
making
them
independent
entire
system.

this
emphasizes

In
today’s
volatile
global
market,
supply
chain
performance
is
vital
for
maintaining
business
success,
especially
in
Jordan,
where
companies
face
regulatory
limitations,
import
dependence,
and
political
uncertainty.
The
purpose
of
this
study
to
assess
how
strategic
elements
within
chains
contribute
outcomes
whether
their
impact
varies
by
firm
size
industry.
A
cross-sectional
survey
was
conducted
between
September
December
2024
targeting
firms
across
key
economic
sectors.
Using
a
stratified
sampling
method,
366
(152
small,
114
medium,
100
large
enterprises)
manufacturing,
retail,
pharmaceuticals,
other
industries
were
selected.
This
sample
chosen
ensure
diversity
structure
resource
capacity,
making
it
suitable
examining
size-
sector-specific
effects.
Data
analyzed
using
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling
multi-group
analysis.
Results
show
that
actions
significantly
influence
performance:
internal
collaboration
enhances
external
partnerships
