With the development of smart logistics industry, demand for intelligent loading and unloading (ILU) within urban supply chains (USCs) is increasing. However, few studies have examined critical success factors (CSFs) enhancing ILU in USCs. This study establishes a CSF model to support improvement. Specifically, it integrates stakeholder theory, resource-based view innovation diffusion theory. Through research conducted collaboration with 16 industry specialists Korea, 19 were identified. Fuzzy DEMATEL Adversarial Interpretive Structure Model (AISM) then applied analyze identified factors. The results indicate that collaboration, government support, regulatory compliance are most important affecting improvement Finally, cross-impact matrix multiplication classification (MICMAC) analysis further verifies these high driving power low dependence, making them independent entire system. Furthermore, this emphasizes role market automated system design. work contributes knowledge on management chains.
