The poisoning of aquatic and subterranean habitats by petroleum its compounds is one the most alarming environmental issues. This work proposes use Pseudomonas spp. for degrading treatment engine oil. An isolated bacterial strain from soils affected oil, putida, was able to manufacture pyoverdine with a higher productivity level 18.8%. With Sepharose 4B activated epichlorhydrin isolated. It eluted as two isoforms in peaks. degradation gasoline oil purified increased over time, reaching maximum after nine days. As time increased, decreased, suggesting that using microbial products biological alternatives could be more economical effective way reduce pollutants conserve natural resources.
