Trauma has been increasingly linked to depression. Previous studies have suggested that comorbid post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may be associated with poor outcomes in depression treatment. However, the prevalence and correlates of ICD-11 PTSD complex (CPTSD) people remain unclear.This study examined CPTSD an online convenience sample 410 adults from 18 different countries/regions who reported clinically significant levels depressive symptoms (indicated by a Patient Health Questionnaire-9 score ≥10).According International Questionnaire results, 62.68% participants met criteria for PTSD/CPTSD (5.6% PTSD, 57.1% CPTSD). Participants more types trauma higher interpersonal than those without PTSD. also mental health problems, including depressive, dissociative psychotic symptoms, Only disturbances self-organization (DSO) but not classical had relationship when other major variables (including trauma, stress, symptoms) were controlled for.Trauma-related should regularly screened clients report symptoms. Depressed disorders exhibit severe problems. They require specific trauma-focused interventions addition standard treatments.

Stress, anxiety, and depression are among the major public health problems worldwide. These problems, which may lead to more challenges, continue grow. Therefore, aim of this study was investigate main factors affecting prevalence stress, citizens Karaj.A total 920 people participated in study. The Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS), consisting 21 items, used for assessment studied problems. Single multiple regressions were data analysis. In addition, all statistical analysis done by Stata version 12 at 0.05significance level.We found that rate depression, stress 4.79%, 13.28%, 15.13%, respectively. Post-traumatic stress disorder is marked by increased and anxiety following exposure to a traumatic or stressful event. Abstract Mental disorder and trauma experiences are highly prevalent among individuals in custody; however, the impact of posttraumatic stress (PTSD) on functioning is rarely considered. Indigenous Australians incarcerated at 13 times rate nonindigenous report high levels exposure psychological distress. In analysis largest systematic study mental indigenous custody ( N = 396), we found that 12‐month prevalence PTSD was both men (12.1%) women (32.3%). Having also associated with rates co‐occurring disorders (anxiety 31.2%, depression 32.8%, psychosis 24.6%, substance use, 75.4%), lifetime suicidal ideation (50.1%), suicide attempts (34.4%). Individuals PTSD, compared to those without, were more likely experience other disorders, OR 2.42, 95% CI [1.12, 5.80], p .022; thoughts, 2.43, [1.34, 4.39], .001, attempts, 2.56, [1.33, 4.83], .002; intoxication time arrest. Despite this, most (58.9%) had not accessed any form health care prior incarceration. These findings highlight need identify manage community custodial populations.
