Abstract
Ligamentum
flavum
degeneration,
including
hypertrophy
and
ossification
of
the
ligamentum
flavum,
leads
to
degenerative
spinal
stenosis
in
older
adults.
However,
underlying
mechanisms
degeneration
remain
unclear,
therapeutic
strategies
are
limited.
Noncoding
RNAs
include
microRNAs,
circular
RNAs,
long
noncoding
RNAs.
As
important
epigenetic
modifications,
involved
progression
several
age-related
diseases,
degeneration.
Previous
studies
have
shown
that
can
regulate
osteogenic
differentiation
fibrosis
cells
by
regulating
expression
related
genes.
