Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the primary cause of death globally. The evolution nearly all types CVDs is characterized by a common theme: emergence cardiac fibrosis. precise mechanisms that trigger fibrosis still not completely understood. In recent years, type non-coding regulatory RNA molecule known as circular RNAs (circRNAs) has been reported. These molecules produced during back splicing and possess significant biological capabilities, such regulating microRNA activity, serving protein scaffolds recruiters, competing with mRNA, forming circR-loop structures to modulate transcription, translating polypeptides. Furthermore, circRNAs exhibit substantial abundance, notable stability, specificity tissues, cells, time, endowing them potential biomarkers, therapeutic targets, agents. CircRNAs have garnered growing interest in field CVDs. Recent investigations into involvement yielded encouraging findings. This study aims provide concise overview existing knowledge about roles
