Since its public release on November 30, 2022, ChatGPT has shown promising potential in diverse healthcare applications despite ethical challenges, privacy issues, and possible biases. The aim of this study was to identify assess the most influential publications field utility using bibliometric analysis. employed an advanced search three databases, Scopus, Web Science, Google Scholar, ChatGPT-related records education, research, practice between 27 2023. ranking based retrieved citation count each database. additional alternative metrics that were evaluated included (1) Semantic Scholar highly citations, (2) PlumX captures, (3) mentions, (4) social media (5) Altmetric Attention Scores (AASs). A total 22 unique published 17 different scientific journals from 14 publishers identified databases. Only two top 10 list across Variable publication types identified, with common being editorial/commentary (n=8/22, 36.4%). Nine had corresponding authors affiliated institutions United States (40.9%). range varied per database, highest (1019-121), followed by Scopus (242-88), Science (171-23). citations correlated significantly following metrics: (Spearman's correlation coefficient ρ=0.840,

Abstract Background The use of ChatGPT among university students has gained popularity. current study aimed to assess the factors driving attitude and usage as an example generative artificial intelligence in United Arab Emirates (UAE). Methods This cross-sectional was based on a previously validated technology acceptance model (TAM)-based survey instrument termed TAME-ChatGPT. self-administered e-survey distributed by emails for enrolled UAE universities during September–December 2023 using convenience-based approach. Assessment demographic, academic, TAME-ChatGPT constructs role conducted univariate followed multivariate analyses. Results final sample comprised 608 participants, 91.0% which heard while 85.4% used before study. Univariate analysis indicated that positive associated with three namely lower perceived risks, anxiety, higher scores technology/social influence. Despite the potential benefits of generative Artificial Intelligence (genAI), concerns about its psy-chological impact on medical students, especially with regard to job displacement, are apparent. This pilot study, conducted in Jordan during July–August 2024, aimed examine specific fears, anxieties, mistrust, and ethical students could harbor towards genAI. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 164 studying across various academic years, employing structured self-administered questionnaire an internally consistent FAME scale—representing Fear, Anxiety, Mistrust, Ethics comprising 12 items, three items for each construct. The results indicated variable levels anxiety genAI among participating students: 34.1% reported no role their future careers (n = 56), while 41.5% slightly anxious 61), 22.0% somewhat 36), 2.4% extremely 4). Among constructs, Mistrust was most agreed upon (mean: 12.35±2.78), followed by construct 10.86±2.90), Fear 9.49±3.53), Anxiety 8.91±3.68). In hospital settings, effective risk management is critical to ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Conventional approaches assessment mitigation frequently rely on manual procedures retroactive analysis, which might not be sufficient recognize respond new risks as they arise. This study examines how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies can improve in healthcare facilities, fortifying safety precautions guidelines while improving the standard of care overall. Hospitals proactively identify mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, clinical outcomes by utilizing AI-driven predictive analytics, natural language processing, machine learning algorithms. The different applications AI are discussed this paper, along with opportunities, problems, suggestions for their use settings.
