<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>The creativity of educators in managing and developing learning media is improving, especially during the pandemic, where necessity online must be carried out. Even as pandemic gradually being controlled, development continues. For instance, Learning Management System (LMS) for listening skills Arabic language learning, particularly Maharah Istima', a crucial fundamental acquisition skill. This research aims to determine suitable criteria Istima' LMS At-Talkhis Li Al-Istima'. utilizes Research Development approach, employing Waterfall model consisting following stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance. In analysis stage, series analyses conducted regarding used learning. Subsequently, design AT-Talkhis Al-Istima' developed, followed by utilization feasibility testing out experts, subject matter students. The results this are determining media, considering curriculum, content aspects. Meanwhile, portable document file (PDF) that integrated with links relevant materials, assignments, or websites. Al-Istima', both terms quality usability, meets good.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Perkembangan zaman yang kian modern menuntut segalanya menjadi lebih mudah dan praktis, berdampak pula pada perkembangan kamus. Kini banyak</em><em> </em><em>kamus berbasis aplikasi mobile bermunculan digemari oleh masyarakat, termasuk dictionary “Al-Kamus” karya seorang dai Indonesia bernama Dr. Firanda Andirja Abidin, Lc. MA. Studi kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji menganalisis tipologi kriteria ideal menggunakan pendekatan leksikografi. Sumber data berasal dari sumber berupa literatur-literatur berkaitan subyek penelitian. </em><em>Analisis analisis, Hasil menginformasikan bahwa </em><em>mobile dalam kamus bahasa (ditinjau segi tema), dwibahasa jumlah bahasa), digital ( ditinjau bentuk), umum materi), berdasar </em><em>susunannya Al-Kamus tidak menyajikan secara urut A-Z atau alif-ya, akan tetapi disajikan praktis hanya mengetikkan kata ingin diterjemahkan kolom pencarian. pun memiliki banyak kelebihan ditawarkan sebagai nilai tersebut. Kemudian berdasarkan keidealan, masih belum tergolong sempurna dikarenakan kategori kecermatan terpenuhi walau kemudahan, kelengkapan, keringkasan baik. Dengan demikian, hasil analisa peneliti keseluruhan layak direkomendasikan salah satu referensi dapat dimanfaatkan bagi para pemerhati Arab.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Listening skill is a basic element for students who will start learning foreign language. Therefore, the ability to listen very important teachers and when teaching or Arabic as To achieve predetermined objectives, need high creativity innovation in using strategies media, especially develop listening skills. Learning media tool that relevant materials can make motivated learn. By audio-visual based on animation, be made more interesting, simplify process, increase students' motivation enthusiasm learning, enable active of Arabic. This research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological approach theory Miles &amp; Huberman. Qualitative study where researchers upload actions behaviour objects by carrying out steps such observation, interviews, documentation, content analysis other data collection methods. The results his show there are 3 stages application animation-based namely first stage preparation, preparing lesson plan. second implementation learning. third follow-up activities. obtained animation provides influential improving istima Teachers expected use often process activities.</em></p>
