Viral myocarditis (VMC) is a common inflammatory disease of the myocardium that characterized mainly by cell infiltration and cardiomyocyte necrosis. Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) cause VMC, although major progress has been made in treatment long-term prognosis still not ideal further research needed. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) are RNA molecules without coding functions include microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding (lncRNAs) circular (circRNAs), which play extensive regulatory roles gene expression; however, their mechanisms action CVB3-induced VMC remain incompletely understood. Here, we review currently known various ncRNAs models, with focus on death, inflammation viral replication, aim providing reference for therapeutic or vaccine development VMC.

Introduction Lung cancer has a higher incidence and mortality rate than other cancers, especially non-small cell lung (NSCLC), accounting for 85% of the cases. The role circDENND4C/miR-200b/matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) regulatory axis in NSCLC remains largely unknown. Nowadays, the investigation of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in various cancers is great interest. In this research, we evaluated circHIPK3 biomarker potential breast cancer (BC). The studied samples were 100 and adjacent normal tissues, plasma from 95 patients, 42 patients with fibroadenomatosis, 93 healthy donors. Illumina high-throughput Hi Seq 2000 sequencing performed expression profiling on 4 pairs cancerous tissues.
