The primary purpose of this study is to explain the acceptance college students online practicums at a Saudi public university in Eastern Province. It aimed identify influential factors that could facilitate or hinder from accepting practicum courses, concentrating mainly on first time course delivered online. This employed Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and added construct “course quality” TAM model investigate its impact students’ an practicum. The use of e-learning systems has become widespread in higher education institutions Oman. However, understanding factors that influence student acceptance and usage these is lacking. This study combined the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Expectation–Confirmation Theory (ECT) to examine by students Omani HEIs. A survey was conducted with 220 from Al-Buraimi University College Oman collect data on perceived usefulness, ease use, behavioral intention, system use. model created merging eight interactions between TAM, ECT, seven variables. results showed usefulness were significant predictors students’ intention systems, had a direct effect actual systems. These findings provide valuable insights for designers, developers, educators similar contexts design implement meet needs expectations.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, use of virtual platforms, social networks and online applications has been totally modified by returning to face-to-face systems. Therefore, it factors that affect student satisfaction effectiveness marketing learning through digital classes, this analysis is from dual perspective user dissatisfaction. Using learner-centered approach university platform Blackboard, tool YouTube network TikTok teaching analyzed. study carried out on sample 327 students different levels. performed mixed methodology using symmetric (PLS-SEM) non-symmetric (fsQCA) approach, allowing better generalization results. In measurement effectiveness, both assessment are significative, two being affected similar way. However, they not related each other, acting independently.
