The value of social studies learning for junior high school students in several schools still needs to be higher. One the factors low student scores is need more variety methods used by teachers, motivation, and use media that could optimal. way do this develop a model with engaging media. This research aims mobile understanding integrating artificial intelligence at evaluation stage. methodology waterfall approach method requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, operation, maintenance. prototype was tested on experts respondents. dimensions expert assessment are reviewed from appearance, quality media, navigation, product strength, interface, attractiveness, material delivery questions consist 4 points: content, feedback assessment, personalization. results show application’s results, including brain gym menu, problem identification, materials, discussion forums, assignment quizzes. menus presented make it easier learn. questionnaire highest average 5.00, standard deviation 0.00. respondents had 49.714, 0.169. obtained respondent questionnaires acceptable.

Nutrition serves as the cornerstone of an athlete’s life, exerting a profound impact on their performance and overall well-being. To unlock full potential, athletes must adhere to well-balanced diet tailored specific nutritional needs. This approach not only enables them achieve optimal levels but also facilitates efficient recovery reduces risk injuries. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of using a mobile learning application on undergraduates’ intrinsic motivation and their general nutrition knowledge. quasi-experimental study involved participation 125 students who were divided into two groups: control group consisting 62 an experimental comprising 63 students. Pre- post-intrinsic questionnaires nutritional knowledge test administered. Through a systematic secondary literature review spanning past decade, this identifies several key challenges, including unpreparedness, trial-and-error approach, shift teaching priorities, variations teacher effectiveness. This research delves into the nutrition knowledge (NK) of adolescent swimmers (AS) during critical phase adolescence, a period that plays pivotal role in establishing enduring health patterns.The background underscores paramount importance comprehending NK among AS, given its lasting impact on their overall well-being.During nutritional habits can significantly influence growth, development, and long-term outcomes.The primary objective this study is to comprehensively assess AS explore potential variations influenced by demographic factors.The specifically focuses cohort 60 enrolled at University Jordan.Data collection was conducted through thorough questionnaire, covering various aspects.Statistical analyses were performed using One-Way ANOVA tests Independent Samples t-Tests examine connections between variables such as Body Mass Index (BMI), training experiences, genders.These aimed uncover any correlations or disparities based these findings revealed moderate level with participants scoring an average 59.5 out 110 questionnaire.Notably, no statistically significant differences observed levels across BMI groups, genders.This suggests relatively consistent within studied population.In practical terms, highlights significance integrating regimen optimize health.It targeted interventions, including workshops educational programs, could enhance AS.
