This article aims to assess the direct and indirect influence of suppliers' buyers' behavioral intention on performance public procurement in Tanzania. is accomplished by analyzing their utilization e-procurement system, using an adapted rendition Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology. The study used explanatory cross-sectional survey research design implemented a stratified sampling method choose sample 312 participants, comprising both customers providers. data collecting process included administering questionnaire consisting closed-ended questions conducting thorough examination pertinent documents. gathered was then examined Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, with aid SmartPLS 4 software. findings indicate that has favorable, direct, impact procurement. suggests effectiveness indirectly impacted inclination buyers suppliers use system. Moreover, efficiency system significantly patterns purchasers vendors. Therefore, it recommended developing countries, such as Tanzania, should take into account usage behavior before, during, after adoption

The aim of this study was to assess the impact digital technologies on green logistics performance Tanzanian procuring entities. guided by technology-organization-environment model, Schumpeter theory innovation, and Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology. A total 427 respondents were included in study, data collected using stratified sampling technique. employed post positivism research paradigm involved use explanatory cross-sectional surveys collection. administering questionnaires examining relevant documents. inferential statistics analysis conducted Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with help SmartPLS 4 software. respondents' profiles analyzed descriptive assistance IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. results suggest that augmented reality, predictive analytics, information communication technology (ICT) specialists, intention robots all have a beneficial efficiency effectiveness logistics. recommends suppliers buyers Tanzania other developing countries should robots, ICT specialists analytics improve performance.

Academia's current emphasis on supply chain performance highlights the significance of information sharing as a mediator and supplier-buyer relationship moderator. Nevertheless, examination into intermediate effects has been relatively neglected. This research examined factors affecting performance, emphasizing mediating role to address existing knowledge gap in literature.
