Purpose While the efforts at curriculum level to promote sustainability and resilience have been increasing, it is critical determine effective approaches advance awareness of social equity architecture, engineering construction (AEC) students in such a context. This study aims explore AEC students’ perception societal inequalities within resilient infrastructure systems investigate efficacy training approach cultivate concepts related sustainable, equitable (SERI). Aims: This study aims to examine the mediating role of organizational commitment in relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee performance within Henan's universities, highlighting strategic importance CSR enhancing effectiveness outcomes. Study Design: utilized a cross-sectional survey methodology explore relationships among (CSR), Organizational Commitment (OC), Employee Performance (EP) higher education sector. A stratified random sampling approach was employed select faculty administrative staff from universities engaged initiatives. The analysis, conducted through Structural Equation Modeling mediation aimed understand both direct indirect effects on performance, with particular focus commitment. Place Duration Study: Zhengzhou University, Henan Normal Agricultural University Polytechnic December 2023. Methodology: adopted quantitative research design using method CSR's impact universities. strategy CSR, aiming for sample size 328 ensure statistical significance. Validated scales measured commitment, data analysis bootstrapping effects. Results: In this study, (OC) examined. Findings indicate that positively influences EP directly via OC, serving as mediator.
