Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is a self-reported experience of declining function showing normal performance in assessments, which known risk factor for dementia. Recent studies highlight the importance nonpharmacological multidomain interventions that can target multiple factors dementia older adults. Objective: This study investigated efficacy Silvia program, mobile-based intervention, to improve and health-related outcomes adults with SCD. We compare its effects conventional paper-based program on various health indicators related Methods: prospective randomized controlled trial involved 77 SCD recruited from Dementia Prevention Management Center Gwangju, South Korea during May October 2022. Confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on living habits and health of population, notably in pre-frail elderly. This study aimed effect physical function, mental function (cognition mood), quality life elderly individuals over 70 years age following confinement as well analyze variables associated with observed changes. Observational cohort community-dwelling older adults during conducted primary care. Variables: The main outcome were recorded face-to-face interviews between December 14 2020 August 12 2021 using scales for evaluation (Short Physical Performance Battery), cognition (Lobo's Mini-Examen Cognoscitivo), depressive mood (Geriatric Depression Scale), (EuroQol-5D-3L). Covariates: sociodemographic data related general (social support network, infection, exercising, leisure activities) also collected. Analysis: Student's t-test paired samples multivariate linear regression models employed statistical analyses. The COVID-19 pandemic of the last two years has affected lives many individuals, especially most vulnerable and at-risk population groups, e.g., older adults. While social distancing isolation are shown to be effective at decreasing transmission virus, these actions have also increased loneliness isolation. To combat from family friends, adults turned technology for help. In health sector, individuals had a variety options that strengthened eHealth care services. This study analyzed technologies used during by group people, as well explored their expectations use after period. Qualitative ethnographic interviews were conducted with 10 Portuguese adults, data collected over period seven months between 2020 2021. research demonstrated current new in post-pandemic future is likely related overcoming: (i) insecurity regarding privacy issues; (ii) difficulties using due level digital technology; (iii) human impersonal consequences technologies.
