The infant gut microbiome plays a key role in the healthy development of human organism and appears to be influenced by dietary practices through multiple pathways. First, maternal diet during pregnancy nutrition significantly influence microbiota. Moreover, breastfeeding fosters proliferation beneficial bacteria, while formula feeding increases microbial diversity. timing introducing solid foods also influences microbiota composition. In preterm infants is factors, including time since birth intake breast milk, interventions such as probiotics prebiotics supplementation show promising results reducing morbidity mortality this population. These findings underscore need for future research understand long-term health impacts these further strategies enrich formula-fed infants.

Millions of years co-evolution between animals and their associated microbial communities have shaped diversified the nature relationship. Studies continue to reveal new layers complexity in host–microbe interactions, fate which depends on a variety different factors, ranging from neutral processes environmental factors local dynamics. Background:: Current scientific research on breastfeeding provides substantial evidence of its numerous positive impacts, not only for children in both the short and long term but also mothers who engage breastfeeding. Summary:: In addition to gold standard effect human milk infant nutrition, is associated with a lower incidence infections, reduced infant/childhood mortality, necrotizing enterocolitis, obesity during childhood later life, better cognitive performance, higher IQ score. For mothers, prolongs lactational amenorrhea, may facilitate postpartum weight loss, reduce breast ovarian cancers cardiovascular diseases. Breastfeeding can play beneficial role preventing antibiotic resistance, which global concern across all age groups. Implementing exclusive infants has potential enhance child development decrease healthcare expenses, leading economic savings individual families society. Abstract The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in safeguarding host health and driving the progression of intestinal diseases. Despite recent advances remarkable correlation between dysbiosis extraintestinal cancers, underlying mechanisms are yet to be fully elucidated. Pathogenic microbiota, along with their metabolites, can undermine integrity barrier through inflammatory or metabolic pathways, leading increased permeability translocation pathogens. dissemination pathogens circulation may contribute establishment an immune-suppressive environment that promotes carcinogenesis organs either directly indirectly. oncogenic cascade always engages disruption hormonal regulation responses, induction genomic instability mutations, dysregulation adult stem cell proliferation. This review aims comprehensively summarize existing evidence points potential malignant transformation such as liver, breast, lung, pancreas. Additionally, we delve into limitations inherent current methodologies, particularly challenges associated differentiating low loads gut-derived microbiome within tumors from sample contamination symbiotic microorganisms. Although still controversial, understanding contribution translocated metabolites pathological continuum chronic inflammation could offer novel foundation for development targeted therapeutics.

Abstract Background Microbial dysbiosis has emerged as an important element in the development and progression of various cancers, including breast cancer. However, microbial composition from healthy individuals, even relative to risk developing cancer, remains unclear. Here, we performed a comprehensive analysis microbiota normal tissue, which was analyzed relation tumor adjacent tissue. Methods The study cohorts included 403 cancer-free women (who donated tissue cores) 76 cancer patients and/or samples). Microbiome profiling obtained by sequencing nine hypervariable regions 16S rRNA gene (V1V2, V2V3, V3V4, V4V5, V5V7, V7V9). Transcriptome also on 190 samples. Breast score assessed using Tyrer-Cuzick model. Results V1V2 amplicon resulted more suitable for microbiome identified Lactobacillaceae ( Firmicutes phylum), Acetobacterraceae , Xanthomonadaceae (both Proteobacteria phylum) most abundant families breast. Ralstonia both tumors histologically tissues malignant tumors. We conducted correlation between known factors. Abundances bacterial taxa Acetotobacter aceti Lactobacillus vini, paracase i, Xanthonomas sp. were associated with age p < 0.0001), racial background parity 0.0001). Finally, transcriptome showed enrichment metabolism- immune-related genes vini paracasei whereas presence linked dysregulation involved carbohydrate metabolic pathway. Conclusions This defines features thus providing basis understand cancer-related dysbiosis. Moreover, findings reveal that lifestyle factors can significantly affect composition.

Bovine milk is a significant substitute for human breast and holds great importance in infant nutrition health. Apart from essential nutrients, bovine also contains bioactive compounds, including microbiota derived itself rather than external sources of contamination. Recognizing the profound impact microorganisms on future generations, our review focuses exploring their composition, origins, functions, applications. Some primary found are present milk. These likely transferred to mammary gland through two pathways: entero-mammary pathway rumen-mammary pathway. We elucidated potential mechanisms by which contribute intestinal development. The include enhancing microecological niche, promoting maturation immune system, strengthening epithelial barrier function, interacting with components (e.g., oligosaccharides) via cross-feeding effect. However, given limited understanding microbiota, further studies necessary validate hypotheses regarding origins explore functions applications early
