Present-day

due

various
factors

climate
change,
degradation
of
soil
and
water
quality,
yield
plateauing
major
food
crops.
Under
these
scenarios,
there
an
urgent
need
choose
a
climate-resilient
ecologically
hardy
crop
which
can
perform
adverse
conditions
with
low
input
requirements.
In
this
regard,
millets
be
suitable
crops
for
agricultural
sustainability.
Among
millets,

millet
