quality,

pricing,

methods,
dependent

subjective
human
assessment,
are
prone
to
errors,
inconsistencies,
inefficiencies,
particularly
in
large-scale
operations.Automating
this
process

accuracy
scalability.

Only
Look
Once
(YOLO)
deep
learning
method
autonomously
evaluates
arecanuts
by
training
2,000
high-resolution
photos
uniformly
categorized
into
four
quality
ratings.
We
split
the
dataset
80%
training,
20%
validation,
used
a
separate
curated
test
set
evaluate
generalization.
Then
evaluated
YOLOv8
YOLOv11
models
nano,
small,
medium
configurations.
optimization

tuning
batch
size,
rate,
weight
decay
through
grid
search
applying
data
augmentation

model
achieved
