This research study examines teachers' perceptions of academic dishonesty in the writings EFL students context AI. The involved 67 teachers who provided their perspectives through questionnaires and interviews. findings indicate a mixed perception among regarding benefits AI technologies for students, with some acknowledging advantages while others expressed concerns about its impact on integrity. Developments in the chatbot space have been accelerating at breakneck speed since late November 2022. Every day, there appears to be a plethora of news. A war competitor chatbots is raging amidst an AI arms race and gold rush. These rapid developments impact higher education, as millions students academics started using bots like ChatGPT, Bing Chat, Bard, Ernie others for large variety purposes. In this article, we select some most promising English Chinese-language spaces provide their corporate backgrounds brief histories. Following up-to-date review Chinese English-language academic literature, describe our comparative method systematically compare selected across multi-disciplinary test relevant education. The results show that are currently no A-students B-students bot cohort, despite all publicised sensationalist claims contrary. much-vaunted not yet intelligent, it would appear. This study investigates the implications of ChatGPT, an AI-powered language model, for students and universities by examining perceptions scholars students. Abstract AI chatbots shook the world not long ago with their potential to revolutionize education systems in a myriad of ways. can provide immediate support by answering questions, offering explanations, and providing additional resources. Chatbots also act as virtual teaching assistants, supporting educators through various means. In this paper, we try understand full benefits education, opportunities, challenges, limitations, concerns, prospects using educational settings. We conducted an extensive search across academic databases, after applying specific predefined criteria, selected final set 67 relevant studies for review. The research findings emphasize numerous integrating seen from both students' educators' perspectives. found that students primarily gain AI-powered three key areas: homework study assistance, personalized learning experience, development skills. Abstract The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI)-generated content, particularly from models like ChatGPT, presents potential challenges to academic integrity and raises concerns about plagiarism. This study investigates the capabilities various AI content detection tools in discerning human AI-authored content.
