This article aims to explain guidance and counseling techniques through muhasabah Qur'ani in strengthening children's empathy at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 03 Jember. This article is based on research conducted at nationally accredited State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) in Indonesia, which have already begun implementing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus (MBKM) curriculum. The informants serving as data sources consist of 15 students participating International Mobility Program (IMP). Reading comprehension is an essential skill that requires optimization to enhance students' grasp of science and information, which continues evolve. A preliminary study at MI Ar-Rochmah revealed a significant deficiency in the reading abilities fourth-grade students. The limited understanding materials provided by teachers renders most students unable answer essay questions or summarize text effectively. Consequently, researchers endeavor skills during school learning activities implementing Predict, Organize, Rehearse, Practice, Evaluate (PORPE) strategy. This research employs quantitative approach utilizing quasi-experimental method. design employed Non-equivalent Control Group Design, with population comprising all sixth-grade classes VI B Lembang 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques included pretest-posttest description observation sheets documenting teacher student activities. Analysis results through t-test hypothesis test significance value (2-tailed) 0.000, less than 0.05, leading rejection H0 acceptance H1. The demand for teachers’ digital literacy competencies has become a worldwide concern in transforming education the era, as technology an important part of teaching and learning process. Therefore, this study aimed to identify how sustainable teacher development impacts competencies. This research aims to determine the description of students' learning activities using Android learning-to-read application and improvement in reading skills class I at SDN 41 Batu Putih, Palopo City. This research aims to reveal the principal's scheme for improving competence of productive teachers at State Vocational Schools in Banda Aceh City. This research aims to understand the role of leadership in enhancing managerial accountability at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor, West Java. Accountability is crucial ensuring quality higher education and involves various aspects such as management, leadership, transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, participation.
