This article aims to explain guidance and counseling techniques through muhasabah Qur'ani in strengthening children's empathy at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 03 Jember. The researcher used a case study approach. research instrument is himself (key information) using data collection techniques, interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis uses three stages: condensation, display, description, conclusion, by testing validity of triangulation dependability. results concluded that initial process carried out school teachers was identifying problems needs occurred students. second give an analogy with stories verse Koran. third group counseling. implemented Jember helps new students be able carry teaching learning activities optimally become who excel, have good morals, faith piety. Unlocking Success: Key Factors for International Mobility Program in Implementing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka Curriculum

This article is based on research conducted at nationally accredited State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) in Indonesia, which have already begun implementing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus (MBKM) curriculum. The informants serving as data sources consist of 15 students participating International Mobility Program (IMP). A qualitative case study gathered from interviews, observations, and documentation. emphasizes that determinants IMP success supporting implementation MBKM curriculum four aspects: 1) through ability to adapt well a new environment, gain learning experiences outside campus by adjusting respecting cultural differences destination country; 2) international language proficiency, are increasingly trained conduct high-quality communicate effectively creatively; 3) their interest challenges adventures foreign campuses, confidently present forums; 4) transformation global perspective, motivated pursue further studies abroad intend participate programs following years. Reading comprehension is an essential skill that requires optimization to enhance students' grasp of science and information, which continues evolve. A preliminary study at MI Ar-Rochmah revealed a significant deficiency in the reading abilities fourth-grade students. The limited understanding materials provided by teachers renders most students unable answer essay questions or summarize text effectively. Consequently, researchers endeavor skills during school learning activities implementing Predict, Organize, Rehearse, Practice, Evaluate (PORPE) strategy. This research employs quantitative approach utilizing quasi-experimental method. design employed Non-equivalent Control Group Design, with population comprising all sixth-grade classes VI B Lembang 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques included pretest-posttest description observation sheets documenting teacher student activities. Analysis results through t-test hypothesis test significance value (2-tailed) 0.000, less than 0.05, leading rejection H0 acceptance H1. These findings suggest disparity average scores between who received instruction PORPE strategy those taught using DLTA it can be inferred effectively enhances Ar-Rochmah.

This research aims to understand the role of leadership in enhancing managerial accountability at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor, West Java.
