Health
disparities
within
rural
communities,
notably
those
affecting
migrant
and
refugee
populations,
are
well-documented.
Refugees
often
grapple
with
high
disease
burdens
mortality
rates
due
to
limited
access
primary
healthcare
their
vulnerable
socio-economic
political
situations.
This
issue
is
particularly
acute
in
the
areas
around
Medellin,
Colombia,
where
influx
exacerbates
existing
public
health
challenges.
Studies
highlight
a
substantial
gap
between
community
needs
policies,
resulting
inadequate
access.
Our
study,
utilizing
Delphi
technique,
aimed
identify
common
barriers
strategies
enhance
for
refugees.

consensus-building
leaders,
we
identified

(PSEs)

behaviors
for
individuals
communities.
Extension
has
increasingly

PSEs
in

initiatives,
