Post
intensive
care
syndrome
(PICS)
is
a
typical
complication
of
critically
ill
patients
during
or
after
their
stay
in
unit
(ICU),
characterized
by
high
incidence
and
impairment
rate.
It
significantly
impacts
the
quality
life
families,
as
well
consumes
substantial
amount
medical
resources.
Therefore,
early
intervention
assessment
PICS
crucial.
This
paper
aims
to
provide
clinical
professionals
with
reference
base
focusing
on
symptoms,
diagnostic
assessment,
preventative
measures

Background:
Critical
care
management
of
shock
is
a
labor-intensive
process.
Precision
Automated
Care
Management
(PACC-MAN)
an
automated
closed-loop
system
incorporating
physiologic
and
hemodynamic
inputs
to
deliver
interventions
while
avoiding
excessive
fluid
or
vasopressor
administration.

understand
PACC-MAN
efficacy,
we
compared
provider-directed
(PDM).
We
hypothesized
that

achieve
equivalent
resuscitation
outcomes
PDM
maintaining
normotension
with
lower
requirements.
Methods
:
Twelve
swine
underwent
30%
controlled
hemorrhage
over
30
min,

by

min

occlusion
