This study focuses on the development of a macroeconomic model for assessing financial potential small enterprises, in particular context their impact value added. Most enterprises need financing current operations, acquisition fixed assets and implementation growth strategies. However, existing assessment methods scientific literature are limited comprehensive reflection entropy. In our study, we applied linear multivariate regression, which made it possible to describe capacity business development, particular, terms added value. The results particularly relevant businesses countries such as Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, where demonstrates efficiency. We have noted that Ukraine, contrary, efficiency is modelled primarily due weaker correlation indicators. That why additional factors, including non-economic factors from informal sector (e.g., shadow flows, information asymmetry, poor infrastructure, corruption, etc.), were extremely helpful Ukraine.

This study examines the interconnections between transformations in education sphere, migrations waves, and labor market 2000–2021 based on a panel data set for 14 Central Eastern European countries (7 – former members of Council Mutual Economic Assistance; 5 republics USSR, 2 Yugoslavia). Statistical were collected from World Bank, Organisation Cooperation Development, International Labour Organization databases. To describe this interconnection, pool parameters was formed. Those that cause greatest variability selected using exploratory factor analysis: number teachers students higher public spending education; migration net flow, personal remittances sent received; –unemployment rate share highly educated people among employed. Confirmatory analysis identified most influential determinants: paid remittances; unemployment rate. The covariance demonstrated robust direct correlation (positive shifts sector serve as catalyst pursuing superior employment opportunities or continuing abroad). A relatively weak (a more workforce has only limited impact structure dynamics market). Finally, moderate inverse (deteriorating conditions give rise to waves). Current issues of increasing energy efficiency in the conditions new industrialization are considered. The article analyzes social factors that affect effectiveness management and development renewable sources, including awareness population, state support, role business responsibility enterprises. study shows aspects play a critical implementation energy-saving technologies achievement sustainable goals. Сучасна волантильність, зокрема, російська збройна агресії в Україні та інтенсифікація природних лих регіонах світу, зумовлює не тільки безпосередні руйнування, але і довгострокові соціально-економічні наслідки. Дані негативні наслідки особливо відзначаються на стані переміщеного бізнесу як важливої складової національної економіки. Відповідно набуває нагальності питання аналізу стратегій донорів розрізі підтримки умовах кризи, а саме збройної природного лиха. Дослідження має меті виявити спільні відмінні характеристики у ситуаціях катастроф, контексті інновацій корпоративних фінансах. здійснюється рамках комплексного методичного підходу, що включає кабінетне дослідження (Desk Research) політик основних донорів, таких UNDP, OECD порівняльний аналіз ефективності різноманітних стратегій. Досліджено стратегії українського збройного конфлікту враховуючи їхні специфічні виклики з врахуванням контексту фінансів. Основна увага приділена безпосереднім руйнуванням, викликаним збройною агресією, й ширшим соціально-економічним наслідкам, спричиняються для бізнесу. Проаналізовано різноманітні аспекти стратегій, які розроблені застосовані донорами кризових умовах, включно підтримкою задач планування, адаптації бізнес-моделей, забезпечення безпеки персоналу, налагодження ланцюгів постачання доступу до нових ринків. В дані підходи зосереджуються оцінці ризиків, швидкому відновленні інфраструктури страхуванні. Описано риси цих включаючи ефективну комунікацію, фінансове планування технологічну готовність, забезпечують здатність продовжувати діяльність умовах. Акцентовано важливість довгострокових фінансову підтримку, відновлення інфраструктури, зміцнення поставок, доступ ринків, інвестиції інфраструктуру людського капіталу. Стаття присвячена актуальній для України проблемі секторального та регіонального аналізу динаміки переміщеного бізнесу в воєнний період 2022-2023 років. На основі ретроспективного реєстраційних, географічних фінансових даних автором виявлено компанії, що змінили адресу реєстрації, досліджено і систематизовано основні регіональні напрямки секторальні структурні особливості масиву релокованих комерційних підприємств. Досліджено фінансові показники ділової активності умовах повномасштабної війни. За отриманими результатами визначено характер фінансової стійкості бізнесу. Виявлена специфіка векторів переміщень засвідчила, важливою рисою релокації Україні є схильність компаній до переїздів у рамках власного чи сусідніх регіонів, а також високу привабливість столичного регіону як центру тяжіння полюсу економічного зростання країни.
