The present study aims to determine the influence of social networks and shopping experience customers Gamarra commercial emporium, year 2022. type research used was theoretical, relational explanatory research, with non-experimental design, method is hypothetical deductive, cohort transversal approach quantitative. A reference population 174 people taken from entire customers, using a sample 120 emporium Gamarra, whom survey consisting 20 Likert-type questions applied. To validate reliability instrument, SPSS program used, where test its Cronbach's Alpha carried out, obtaining 0,917. As for level correlation variables, it determined Spearman's Rho coefficient 0,444, that there moderate positive between main significance p= <0,001. Objective: This research aimed to analyse the predictability of service quality and institutional image for customer satisfaction in municipalities Peru. Objective: The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between sociodemographic factors and engagement in teachers public private institutions city Juliaca, 2021. The present research was oriented to describe how the application of strategic planning (SP) influences a small and medium enterprise in Carabayllo, 2022. Objective: The objective of this research was to determine the impact managerial accounting on decision making in a small company food sector West Lima. Al ser Estudiantes Universitarios de zonas vulnerables a nivel socioeconómico, la sintomatología depresiva tiende aumentarse durante pandemia, por lo que el objetivo investigación es determinar depresión en post COVID-19 Lima Norte. Es un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal y no experimental, con una población 30 pobladores resolvieron cuestionario aspectos sociodemográficos Escala Autoevaluación para Depresión Zung. En sus resultados, 5 %(n=7) los están deprimidos, 30,5 %(n=10) ligeramente deprimidos 64,5 %(n=13) tienen normal. conclusión, esta permitirá destacar las condiciones desfavorables preexisten nuestro país, además producto pandemia se agravó dando así necesidad hacer intervenciones largo plazo sobre salud mental.

Anxiety in university teachers is a great challenge since the pandemic originated, and it generates significant impact on their well-being work aspect, therefore, objective of research to determine level anxiety during COVID-19 who go hospital Callao. It quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study, with population 89 answered questionnaire sociodemographic data Beck Inventory. In its results, 75,3 % (n=67) workers have no anxiety, 9 (n=8) mild 11,2 (n=10) moderate 4,5 (n=4) severe anxiety. conclusion, preventive strategies should be implemented for mental health intervention aimed at emergency disaster situations.

Psychological distress is all the concern and discomfort presented by diabetic primary school teachers due to situations that make them vulnerable. Therefore, objective of research determine psychological in attending a private health institution North Lima. It quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional non-experimental study, with population 100 elementary teachers, who answered questionnaire sociodemographic aspects stress scale for teachers. Psychological distress in high school teachers is intensified due to the demand producing different symptomatologies altering their mental health, therefore, research objective determine psychological during COVID-19 pandemic. It a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental study, with population of 147 secondary who completed questionnaire sociodemographic data scale for distress. In results, 41,5 % (n=61) have distress, 29,9 (n=44) medium 28,6 (n=42) low conclusion, our results highlight urgent need implement measures support teachers, given that intensity occupational emotional stress requires proactive health program.
