Tingkat produksi beras PT. FSTJ cenderung mengalami kenaikan. berupaya untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan yang terjadi dengan membuat strategi perencanaan kapasitas lebih baik. Salah satunya menggunakan perhitungan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai acuan penilaian efektifitas fasilitas ada. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pemantauan parameter OEE dilakukan didapat rata selama tiga bulan sebesar 57,02%, rasio ketersediaan atau availability ratio 92,78%, kinerja performance 87,12% dan kualitas quality 70,54%. Secara umum, usia pakai mesin ada masih relatif baru beroperasi kondisi baik, sehingga dapat dijadikan dimasa akan datang. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi dasar rencana pengembangan Smart Manufacturing System pada perusahaan, dimana dimonitor secara waktu nyata realtime sebuah real-time monitoring system.

This study aims to implement the Six Sigma method on formal men's jacket products in garment industry increase level of sigma. The methodology is based Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) approach. new approach this determination 5W+1H using a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with five expert judgments. design has applied at Measure stage. It measurement before improvement after stage as improvement. results have increased sigma from 3.5765 3.7839, so there an 5.48%. Increasing contributes decrease defects finish line by 44.09% every month. Implementing DMAIC succeeded increasing sigma, automatically reducing percentage productivity jackets industry.

The current era provides challenges for several automotive industries to be able compete and maintain the quality of their products. For four-wheeled auto­motive companies, satisfying customers regarding visual appear­ance vehicle body is very important. However, internally, companies still found many defects or failures in painting, amounting 32.6%. Apart from that, rework also results additional costs that company must incur during painting process. This study aims clarify types defects, analyze root causes, provide solutions, improve process capabilities, in­crease sigma level industry. uses Lean Six Sigma method, which integrated into DMAIC approach other improve­ment tools. It also assesses risk level patient's life case breakdown while provisioning services. study targeted biomedical engineering, intensive units, emergency departments at 24 public hospitals top 20 OECD country. selected these due rise rate patients needing ventilator availability during COVID-19, sudden machines, annual budget percentage required where 239 were investigated.
