This study examined the influence of school resources on effective implementation e-learning in secondary schools Kasese Municipality, Uganda. Specifically, investigated impact tangible resources, intangible and capabilities these schools. Using quantitative research approach, employed a correlational design collected data from 170 teachers using self-administered questionnaire. The were then analysed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). results SEM analysis revealed that namely (? = 0.266, t 3.612, p 0.000<0.05), 0.234, 2.351, 0.019<0.05) 0.456, 5.129, had significant positive e-learning. Based findings, concluded are necessary for recommends Ministry Education, directors, head ensure have sufficient Additionally, directors should also possess adequate to support practical significance this lies its demonstration how existing can be utilised implement effectively.
