Objectives This study aimed to identify factors that affect the formation of a child's self-esteem from holistic perspective through big data analysis. Methods analyzed 560 children who participated in tenth panel Korean (third grade elementary school) 2017. Objectives This study examined the influence of parental neglect on mobile phone dependency among higher grade students in Korean elementary schools and investigated whether social withdrawal self-esteem mediated this relationship. Methods Data were obtained from Child-Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). The participants 2,067 sixth-grade school (1,066 boys, 1,001 girls). data analyzed by means descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, structural equation modeling. Results results as follows.
