Respect
has
been
shown
to
provide
psychological,
social,
and
academic
advantages;
nevertheless,
most
academics
have
not
given
it
enough
credit
in
terms
of
encouraging
students’
character
development.
Al-Zarnūjī’s
idea,
a
classical
Muslim
scholar,
as
point
reference
for
his
esteemed
work
on
the
concept
Ta‘līm
al-Muta‘allim

learning
teaching
guidelines
among
pesantren
(Islamic
boarding
schools)
Indonesia.
This
article
aims

explore

Purpose
of
the
study:
The
purpose
this
study
is
to
examine
influence
Islamic
Religious
Education
teachers'
personality
competence
on
moral
development
students
at
State
Senior
High
School
2
Jambi
City,
using
a
quantitative
approach
provide
empirical
evidence
and
identify
key
factors
contributing
student
character
formation.
Methodology:
This
uses
research
with
standardized
questionnaires
as
primary
data
collection
tool.

consists

teachers,
selected
through
simple
random
sampling.
Data
analysis

SPSS
software
for
descriptive
statistics,
correlation
tests,
regression
causal
relationships
between
variables.

Findings:
found
that
teachers
significantly
influenced
morale

0.001).

high
