Purpose of the study: The purpose this study is to examine influence Islamic Religious Education teachers' personality competence on moral development students at State Senior High School 2 Jambi City, using a quantitative approach provide empirical evidence and identify key factors contributing student character formation. Methodology: This uses research with standardized questionnaires as primary data collection tool. sample consists 60 4 teachers, selected through simple random sampling. Data analysis conducted SPSS software for descriptive statistics, correlation tests, regression causal relationships between variables. Main Findings: found that teachers significantly influenced morale beta coefficient 0.65 (p < 0.001). average score teacher was 4.2, 4.0, indicating high category. Novelty/Originality provides novelty by quantitatively revealing direct formation morals, well identifying aspect role models dominant factor in supporting education schools.

Respect has been shown to provide psychological, social, and academic advantages; nevertheless, most academics have not given it enough credit in terms of encouraging students’ character development. Al-Zarnūjī’s idea, a classical Muslim scholar, as point reference for his esteemed work on the concept Ta‘līm al-Muta‘allim one references learning teaching guidelines among pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) Indonesia. This article aims critically explore respect moral explain how can contribute current discussions developing education from perspective al-Zarnūjī’s al-Muta‘allim. A critical analysis books journals that were cited was done concerning contributions made field education. The study’s findings led three major disputes. first is deference knowledge source illumination. Secondly, instructor foremost exemplar facilitator information exchange; thirdly, honoring colleague fellow participant educational journey. all its dimensions should thus guide process learning.
