This
study
aims
to
explore
the
effect
of
training
and
suitability
between
individual
characteristics
(person-job
fit)
on
increasing
teacher
competence
in
digital
era
using
a
qualitative
approach.
Amid
transformation

study

This
research
is
a
descriptive
study
that
aims
to
investigate
the
impact

teacher
work
quality
on
student
learning
achievement
at
SD
Negeri
Durensawit.
