This study aims to explore the effect of training and suitability between individual characteristics (person-job fit) on increasing teacher competence in digital era using a qualitative approach. Amid transformation education by technology, it is important understand how for work demands play role developing competency. research method uses in-depth interviews with headmasters experienced teachers from various backgrounds at Madrasah Aliyah. The results this reveal that has significant enriching teachers' knowledge, skills, understanding use technology learning. Teachers who attended reported their ability face technological challenges optimize teaching potential age. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study. This research is a descriptive study that aims to investigate the impact of teacher work quality on student learning achievement at SD Negeri Durensawit. The participants involved in observation consisted two groups: teachers and students. had similar educational scales but diverse teaching observations. All participating an undergraduate background. used questionnaires tests as data collection instruments. Data from questionnaire was analyzed using quantitative approach by calculating exposure for each criterion contained survey. Meanwhile, interviews were descriptively interpreting findings. results this evaluated (1) performance has significant influence improving students' mathematics outcomes, (2) higher efforts made educators planning, conducting, concluding process, greater chance improve student’s (3) teachers' experience also plays important role outcomes.

To meet their learning demands in a university context, students' regular usage of digital technology has raised the need for personalization and diversity. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama untuk mengatasi masalah tingkat keaktifan belajar peserta didik yang rendah di antara selama proses pembelajaran. Metode digunakan adalah model cooperative learning tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dikelas IV SD Negeri Mangunsari 02. Tahapan meliputi: (1) penyajian kelas, (2) pembentukan kelompok (team), (3) pelaksanaan permainan (games), (4) kompetisi (tournament), dan (5) penghargaan (team recognition). termasuk dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) mengadopsi PTK dikembangkan oleh Kemmis Mc Taggart. Terdapat dua siklua ini, yaitu siklus I II, masing-masing terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, refleksi. Subjek berjumlah 12 didik, 7 perempuan 5 laki-laki. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi dokumentasi. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan berhasil meningkatkan 02 Kota Salatiga. Tingkat meningkat 17% pada tahap pra siklu menjadi 53% I, kemudian mengalami peningkatan lebih lanjut hingga 83% II.

Education holds a significant role in the progress of nation and its communities. Inclusive education is concept that ensures schools can cater to needs all children, irrespective their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, linguistic, or other diverse conditions. This research aims to analyze the management of competency development for teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang.
