La tecnología actual nos permite usos cada vez más complejos que van allá de ser la respuesta sofisticada al problema sobre ¿con qué educar? Además gestión, investigación, transferencia, y propia vida universitaria, experiencia enseñanza aprendizaje ha mutado. universidad no solo ‘usa’ tecnología, sino cohabita a diario en un ecosistema tecnológico promueve -junto otras variables- otra exigencia didáctica. Abstract The term postdigital implies a rupture and continuity of the digital paradigm, which allows us to analyse challenges implied by largely digitalised society. At same time, transmedia goes completely unnoticed in literature, despite sharing key elements its reflection on paradigm. In the current postdigital age, where data has become increasingly ubiquitous, management of emerged as a vital aspect digital literacies, particularly for active citizenry. This article introduces Data Literacy framework that emphasizes importance an ideological emancipatory vision literacy critical The provides comprehensive perspective on key elements and their interrelationships. Grounded Theory served foundation conducting three-and-a-half round Delphi study involving experts from diverse fields such data, education, literacy, across four countries. outcome this is DALI framework, which encompasses primary elements. Three these are interconnected sometimes overlapping: (1) Understanding Data, (2) Acting (3) Engaging Through Data. Resumen Este estudio persigue generar un marco de competencias flexible que permita la inclusión digital y social del alumnado. La metodología cualitativa con una muestra educadores Italia, España, Suecia Reino Unido indagó sobre necesidades docentes a través 6 grupos discusión 23 entrevistas personales individuales. Los resultados orientan déficits vinculados las digitales sociales se trata dar respuesta el diseño competencial estructurado en 3 dimensiones, 8 áreas 26 competencias, aplicado posteriormente cursos formativos online docentes.
