The study of self-compassion in Malaysia's context is still its infancy compared to the western countries. It important explore profiles any target population before explaining phenomenon further details. In conjunction with that, presents aims examine demographic perspective specifically, gender, household income, and profile adolescents residing capital city Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. A total 377 (male = 219, female=158) aged 16 years old from Federal Territory Lumpur were recruited agreed participate this study. quantitative approach has been used which participants have completed a set questionnaires consisting questions such as gender income also Social Compassion Scale. Completed then collected data analyzed using IBM SPSS Software version 22 descriptive analysis. results showed sub-factor self-kindness=3.28, self-judgment=.89, common humanity=1.07, isolation=1.09, mindfulness=.96 over identification=.99. mean for self-judgmental highest, followed by isolation self-kindness. negative factors higher than positive among other sub-factors self-compassion. findings implications provide demographics information on Future research suggested inferential statistics relationship influence adolescent’s life well-being.

Purpose Architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry is one of the vast industries with a lot productivity issues within. Teams as an integral part face many problems, which social loafing considered barrier. This research deals few barriers that contribute to leading challenges in AEC industry. There are three major identified contributors also induces industry, from literature study: cultural diversity, task invisibility distributive justice. Design/methodology/approach The study adopted quantitative questionnaire survey method approach, for respondents were selected globally through snowball sampling total 443 responses gathered. Different analysis approaches like correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling (SEM), taken analyze data. Findings SEM results showed mediation factor, loafing, directly related acts diversity invisibility. Distributive justice was not found have direct relationship or even loafing. Originality/value could be beneficial CEOs, general managers directors they can use this encourage employee friendly environment. Also, experts engineers, architects, project access further improve organizational culture instill better values.
