Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) are revolutionizing higher education through artificial intelligence (AI), offering personalized and adaptive learning experiences. In this sense, the study aimed to analyze impact of ITS on quality based AI. For purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out that explored main trends around current topic. Among findings, it recognized use advanced algorithms, such as data mining Bayesian networks, which allow educational content be dynamically adjusted meet individual needs students, improving effectiveness keeping students more engaged motivated. . Introducción: La inteligencia artificial (IA) revoluciona en la educación, considerando que se plantean desafíos y oportunidades para insertarla el aula proporcionar así acceso equitativo al conocimiento, facilitar diálogo colaboración, fomentar cuestionamiento crítico, entre otras cuestiones. Metodología: Este estudio analiza los aportes de implementación didáctica IA desarrollo del pensamiento crítico las carreras educación básica superior. Se plantea una reflexión, parte revisión principales autores abordan temática, analizar percepción determinada sobre constatar resultados analizando investigaciones aplicadas. Introducción: En los últimos tiempos, la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) ha resurgido como una herramienta clave en nueva era de abundante información y generación vertiginosa datos. Esta etapa, llamada cuarta revolución, reúne tecnologías que aprovechan avances computación para permitir acciones tiempo real contextuales, ahí importancia estudiar el impacto Asistentes Virtuales con IA tienen tendrán ámbito educativo.
