Background: This study developed a UV spectrophotometric method for quantifying allopurinol and lycopene in both bulk dosage forms, aiming simplicity practicality. Materials Methods: The was validated using methanol lyco-pene phosphate buffer saline at various pH levels (7.4, 6.8, 1.2, 5.5). Validation parameters included linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of quantification (LOQ), detection (LOD) according to ICH standards. Results: demonstrated high sensitivity linearity over concentration range 4-20 μg/ml, adhering Beer's law. LOQ LOD were 2-18 μg/ml 2-6 respectively. Optimal absorbance wavelengths 251 nm 471 allopurinol. Calibration curves showed correlation coefficient (0.9994), indicating strong linear relationship. Conclusion: is effective, interference-free, suitable routine quality control, providing reliable measurements lyco-pene.

Intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL) is a histologically well differentiated smooth muscle tumor with aggressive behavior, capable of extending throughout the venous system. Understanding how IVL occurs and develops really important for diagnosing treating it. Unfortunately, because quite rare, there aren't many comprehensive studies available. In our research, we carried out an extensive multi-omics study, gathering tissue samples from cases, uterine fibroid, normal myometrium. The single-cell RNA sequencing analysis revealed notable difference in cell composition between fibroid. Additionally, H&E staining demonstrated more frequent hydropic changes hyalinization tissues, along reduced vascular density compared to both myometrium proteomics eight paired fresh frozen tissue, identified proteins that were differentially expressed, mainly related focal adhesions regulation actin cytoskeleton. most frequently involved chromosomes included deletions 10q22.2, 10q24.32, 13q14, 13q21-31. Correlation analyses highlighted chromosome 10q as cytoband, corresponding regulating Integrated pathological clinical characteristics indicated deletion morphology could serve markers predicting behavior. Our study sheds light on molecular linked IVL, which pave way new treatment approaches.
