The article discusses the issue of development motives and interests in adolescent children with different body weights (normal underweight) when involving them programs physical activity based on use health fitness means. aim study was to assess girls for participation health-enhancing activities order increase level their involvement regular classes. Methods: analysis theoretical material, comparative (comparison comparison), sociological methods (questionnaires), mathematical statistics. involved 138 aged 12-13 years. Results. Priority types 12-13-year-old during leisure time were: walks, dance fitness, roller skating, mental functional training, aqua fitness. choice recreational did not differ significantly among normal weight underweight When choosing activities, main objectives aesthetic (increasing attractiveness management), achievement prestigious (desire prestige, be accepted society), (active time, emotionally attractive organization free satisfaction from activity). For most girls, reasons (improvement status capabilities body) were a priority. difference answers between found significant. Conclusion. In rating first places occupied by aesthetic, prestigious, recreational, personal motives, whereas normative weight, psychological, health-recreational prevailed.

Purpose: purpose of the work is to determine changes in physical activity indicators Ukrainian students conditions distance education caused by quarantine restrictions and legal regime martial law. Material & Methods: study, which lasted from 2020 2023, involved 1528 higher different regions Ukraine. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was used assess activity. results were subjected statistical analysis. Results: study PA showed that on average they had a normal score, 26.0 (22.0; 32.0) points for males, 24.0 (19.0; 30.0) females. It proved that, compared female students, score male statistically significantly (U=226269.5; Z=7.329; p<0.05). dynamics demonstrated while regardless gender status, decreased beginning (p<0.05), it did not differ pre-quarantine level (p>0.05) 2021. Nevertheless, with outbreak hostilities Ukraine, has continues decline. There an unprecedented increase percentage low PA, reached 43.1% 60.1% among respectively, 2023. Conclusions: analysis period 2019 2023 revealed decrease during learning period, status. only exception 2021, can be explained adaptation learning. The objective of the study was to develop an algorithm developing outdoor recreational routes with active travel means for school students, which will contribute improving their physical health, motivation lifestyle, and development healthy recreation skills. following scientific methods were used: analysis generalization professional literature, documentary materials, pedagogical research methods, sociological assessing activity, mathematical statistics. A total 20 students (aged 14–15 years) involved in study. Results. can be divided into several main stages, among are: determining goal target audience, choosing a location, collecting analyzing information about territory, route, preparing infrastructure equipment, program activities on conducting test materials participants, organizing feedback participants. Objectives. The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of various health-enhancing recreational physical activity (PA) programs in prevention stress-related states students during wartime. Materials and methods. involved 125 university students, used questionnaires comprising blocks questions designed ascertain psychophysiological indicators (activity, mood, sleep, appetite, performance, well-being) with 5-point Likert scale; stress level by Shcherbatykh; anxiety scores using Spielberg-Hanin Inventory; risk PTSD Mississippi Scale. To analyze impact different types PA on states, logistic regression models were built. Additionally, GLZ used. statistical significance was assessed Wald test. Study purpose. The objective of the study was to assess relationship between quality life and physical activity level family well-being. Materials Methods. International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) used parental activity. assessed with Short Form (SF-36) Health Survey Questionnaire. data obtained were processed using cluster correlation analysis, descriptive statistics. involved 106 young adults (married couples), who parents preschool primary school-aged children. Results. An assessment showed that 62.3% respondents had a low 37.7% moderate level, whereas no individuals high found. Purpose: to check the effectiveness of use mental fitness tools for prevention stress-related conditions female students higher education establishments. Material & methods: 56 students, average age 19.5 ± 1.5 years, participated in study. The main group (MG) included 34 participants who, 6 months, practiced twice a week 80 minutes. 22 who formed control (CG) physical program institution minutes during same period. following research methods were used: analysis, synthesis, generalization, pedagogical experiment, survey, modelling, statistical analysis using correlation comparative effect assessment method, non-linear methods, model quality methods. Results: positive experience implementing programs into practice activity is summarized. It was established that 71.4% complain mood swings, 60.7% – anxiety, and 39.3% depressive states. After study, indicated their improved, 67.9% reported an improvement condition, 57.1% focused on reducing stress levels. has been proven there are statistically significant (p<0.05) correlations between manifestations indicators largest which recorded signs PTSD determine conditions. Depending classes, after study reduction symptoms, well-being compared CG students. prevent post-traumatic disorders (PTSD) risk score by 1.64 standard deviations MG A (p<005) logistic binary developed, improved scientifically substantiated, which, based data well-being, allows predicting whether student engaged fitness. despite its lower predictive ability other developed models, it such advantages as coefficients (p < 0.05), predict with 88.2% accuracy only retention high prognostic simplification model. This shows best choice practical application. Conclusions: advisable introduce health-recreational motor order improve mood, work capacity and, result, PTSD.

Анотація. Нині студенти перебувають під посиленою дією стресогенних чинників. Заняття руховою активністю є ефективним засобом у боротьбі зі стресом. Водночас багатьох регіонах України можливі ускладнення для занять активністю, що вимагає нових підходів до організації оздоровчих заходів студентами. Мета. Дослідити рівень стресу здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах дистанційної залежно від рівня їхньої рухової активності. Методи. Анкетування, статистичний аналіз із використанням методів описової статистики та порівняльного аналізу. Результати. Встановлено, значна частка на період опитування переживала стресові ситуації: 47,1 % респондентів побували епіцентрі бойових дій, 46,2 – пережили розлуку з членами сім’ї або друзями / коханими, 64,5 відбулась переоцінка життєвих цінностей. Окремі респонденти вказали втрату пошкодження житла, поранення загибель близьких чи рідних. Установлено, лише 12,5 студентів не зафіксовано ознак стресу, 62,8 них помірним вираженим рівнем потребують корекційних активності, спрямованих адаптацію впливів подолання стресу. Отримані дані свідчать про загрозливі масштаби поширення стрес-асоційованих станів серед освіти. Підтверджено, прояв студенток статистично значуще (p < 0,05) більш інтенсивний порівняно Виявлено, активності суттєво знизився. Доведено, існує значущий кореляційний зв’язок між заняттями недостатнім мають вищий вказує необхідність цілеспрямованого використання засобів запобігання й корекції освіти. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis indicators physical development in adolescent girls with insufficient and normal body weight. aim study was to assess impact weight on girls. Methods organization study: theoretical specialized literature, analysis, anthropometric research methods, methods mathematical statistics. Girls aged 12-13 took part (a total 138 persons, including 108 12 30 13). Will there be sustained engagement in live fitness broadcasts after the COVID-19 pandemic?Despite being viewed as a passing trend, streaming is believed to have limited impact on long-term public interest sports.This study seeks explore attitudes, participation rates, and underlying factors related streaming, focusing observations from China.A cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 408 respondents, utilizing custom-designed questionnaire evaluate streaming.Participation found shaped by combination of objective circumstances personal preferences.Furthermore, individuals displayed varied levels involvement influenced age, education, occupation, affecting their cognitive engagement, preferred activities, workout durations, overall outcomes.Notably, women exhibited greater emotional activity than men.Factors like exercise effectiveness, flow experience, significantly individuals' intentions exercise, leading increased behavioral participation.This iterative process enhancing actual underscored positive physical activities.Flow state peer effects were not significant influencing broadcasts.This absence influence may attributed internet connectivity limitations preference variations, rendering effect negligible online contexts.Additionally, willingness engage activities does always translate into participation, highlighting potential gap between intention action engagement.Participation positively correlated with perceived proficiency effectiveness exercise.Emotional readiness affected sports participation.Post-epidemic, remains factor shaping industry, giving rise innovative models.Integrating offline methods increasingly poised embraced mainstream approach.

The article presents the results of evaluation physical activity, fitness, and working capacity in 13-14-year-old boys. following methods techniques were used: theoretical analysis specialized scientific methodological literature authored by Ukrainian foreign researchers, physiological (assessment capacity), for assessing activity (Framingham Physical Activity Index), self-assessment fitness (E. Bochenkova’s method), mathematical statistics. It was found that most adolescents who participated study did not have a proper level activity. In our study, no participants with high identified. Nevertheless, only two (10%) had very low (less than 30 points). Among participants, 55% (34.5 points on average), remaining 35% moderate but mostly at its lower limit (37 assessment using Ruffier test showed 35 % adolescent boys level, 45 moderate, 20 capacity. An overestimated self- observed 5% subjects, 20% self-assessment, 65% 10% self-assessment. insufficient capacity, necessitate search substantiation affordable, effective, attractive, innovative approaches to engaging this population into regular exercise.
