Entre as modalidades disponíveis, treinamento intervalado alta intensidade (HIIT) destaca-se por sua eficácia em curto prazo, sendo potencialmente vantajoso jovens com rotinas intensas tempo limitado. Este artigo objetivo fornecer revisão narrativa sobre os efeitos do no cognitivo ambiente universitário. To investigate the rates of depressive symptoms in college students, explore relationship between urinary phthalate metabolites and their gender differences, further moderating role insomnia this association. Abstract Background This study explored eating disorders (ED) prevalences, comorbidity of ED with other mental disorders, and risk factors for among university students. included binge disorder (BED), bulimia nervosa (BN), or specified feeding (OSFED). Methods A total 3425 first-year students in Sweden completed an online survey covering a range criteria psychiatric diagnoses, within the World Mental Health International College Student (WMH-ICS) initiative. Pearson’s χ 2 -tests were used to compare algorithm-based diagnostic prevalences comorbid between three groups: without (A), but no (B), (C). Multinomial logistic regression was calculate between-group comparisons odds ratios independent factors, where group B served as reference groups C. Objective: This cross-sectional study examines the relationships between insomnia symptoms, suicidal risk, and interoceptive sensitivity in university students. Participants: A sample of 288 students from French universities was recruited. Methods: The Sleep Condition Indicator, Suicide Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised, Multidimensional Assessment Interoceptive Awareness were used to assess insomnia, interoception. Network analysis explored connections while mediation examined role dimensions. Results: 46.18% participants had clinical 37.84% elevated suicide risk. Nocturnal symptoms more strongly associated with risk than daytime symptoms. Trusting body signals found partially mediate this association. Abstract Introduction This study addresses a gap in understanding psychological stress, perceptions as well its determinants among urban poor populations during the Covid-19 pandemic Sylhet, Bangladesh. Methodology Data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to total of 408 respondents and focused on participants’ their levels stress. Logistic regression analysis was employed determine factors contributing elevated stress poor. Results The survey revealed significant economic vulnerabilities Specifically, unemployment rates 18.45% Moulvibazar, 16.67% Habiganj, 23.53% Sunamganj. A substantial proportion reported very low monthly household incomes (less than 5,000 Tk): 25.24% 23.30% 10.78% 15.38% majority having no alternative source income: 71.84% 66.02% 63.73% 70.19% Regarding mitigation, belief effectiveness isolation treatment infected individuals varied across districts: 81.55% 54.08% 22.55% 35.58% logistic indicated that without income sources experienced significantly higher compared those with income.
