Purpose ChatGPT is an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) form that can generate human-like text based on large amounts of data. This paper aims to empirically examine the adoption level among Indian individuals by considering key factors in determining individuals’ attitudes and intentions toward newly emerged AI tools. Design/methodology/approach used “partial least square structural equation modeling” (PLS-SEM) investigate relation several latent applying a representative sample 351 individuals. Findings study found trialability, performance expectancy personal innovativeness significantly influence individuals' attitudes, while compatibility effort do not impact attitudes. Additionally, expectancy, attitude behavioral intentions. However, has insignificant intention. Moreover, research highlights intention directly correlate with actual use. In a post-pandemic era, digitalization is embedded in all service sectors, including the food industries. Today's restaurant industry faces increased competition and need to adapt changing consumer preferences for competitive pricing, convenience, reliable delivery. this study, we explore factors that shape continued purchase intention of local via online delivery (OFD) services. Two hundred valid responses were acquired from Malaysian customers with experience ordering through OFD Data analysis SmartPLS revealed perceived ease use was only insignificant predictor, while health aspects, quality, price value significantly influenced customer intention.
