В условиях рыночной волатильности и сокращения жизненного цикла продукции современные производители сталкиваются с необходимостью наращивания затрат, ускорения и локализации производственных процессов. Ответ на эти вызовы предлагает четвертая промышленная революция, или Индустрия 4.0 (И4.0). Purpose This study aims to examine how the widespread adoption of digital technology (DT) in business-to-business (B2B) markets affects and, particular, increases velocity relationship development over time. In the era of Industry 4.0, digital transformation has become a cornerstone for modern organizations, fundamentally altering how businesses operate and compete. This study delves into impact on human resource management (HRM), development (HRD), employees’ innovative work behaviors job performance in rapidly evolving business environment. conducting survey among 391 employees from information communication technology (ICT) companies China, structural equation modeling was employed to analyze data.
