The present study is aimed to examine the role of the concept of social situation of development, suggested by L.S. Vygotsky, to define determinants of psychological development of a child in modern developmental psychology. Its heuristic character is exposed by the fact that further elaboration of fundamental and applied as­pects of developmental psychology does not make the concept less urgent New studies still enrich its content, opening perspectives for further research.

Becoming other: social and emotional development through the creative arts for young people with behavioural difficulties DOI

This article focuses on the effects of an arts-based intervention for young people deemed at risk school exclusion because social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Using a range qualitative methods, including observations interviews, study explored from perspective 11 (aged 11–16) potential creative arts interventions to transform people’s difficult social situations development and, in so doing, effect changes behaviour way being. Este estudo analisou as vivências escolares de pessoas adultas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) para evidenciar aspectos que potencializaram e/ou fragilizaram no prosseguimento ou interrupção da escolaridade. A abordagem histórico-cultural Vygotski constituiu o aporte teórico desta pesquisa, utilizou a narrativa vida e teve como unidade análise categoria vivência. O envolveu quatro indivíduos oralizados, idades entre 30 36 anos, sendo três sexo masculino um feminino, município Maceió-Alagoas-Brasil. Os dados foram produzidos partir entrevistas narrativas, e, dada diversidade das habilidades comunicativas TEA, utilizou-se Sistema Comunicação Alternativa Letramento Pessoas Autismo (SCALA), uma tecnologia assistiva, forma suplementar, seu módulo Narrativas Visuais construção histórias dos seus espaços escolares. Constatou-se os participantes vivenciaram fragilidades sistema escolar lidar suas especificidades nos refletiram nas escolaridades, impactos desenvolvimento, constituição, posição social apropriações atividades mundo. Entretanto, potencialidades mobilização mães inclusão constituíram alicerces vida. Sendo TEA parte Situação Social Desenvolvimento (SSD) relações meio, situações acontecimentos vivenciados influenciaram desenvolvimento psicológico lhes orientadores em posicionamentos características pessoais.

With regard to cultural-historical and activity approaches, collaborative with an adult, including communication as a type of meta-activity, is considered be the necessary mechanism child development. A active partner, possessing his/her own motives, guided by mental representations parent interactions him/her. Russian psychologists have developed range parenting style classifications; however, these styles primarily emphasize parent’s position, contrary methodological perspectives, inadequate consideration child’s agency. The aims current research were investigate actual goal-oriented between preschoolers their parents outline certain patterns (types) interactions, considering both partners analyzing interac- tions according model. total 75 parent-child dyads (children aged from 4.6 years 6.11 years) participated in “collaborative trials” which observational method was based on approach. Cluster analysis (k-means clusterization) revealed five different groups dyads: conflictual, harmonious, distant two-fold dominant (with or child). Between-group comparisons (Mann-Whitney U test) showed significant differences parameters emotional components interactions. harmonious not prevalent, although subgroups types domination are most common, may attributed cultural peculiarities. Domination-subordination misbalance does seem seriously distort normal developmental trajectory; cases conflictual dyads, interactional issues might hinder course activity, serve predictor for potential difficulties further learning.
