The User Agreement applies to the use of the Atoom Site (the "Site"). The moment of its conclusion is considered the first visit to the site. 1. User registration
1.1 In order to get the full functionality of the site the User must register on the service. From the age of 16 years old user can do this independently. If the user has not reached that age, then with parental permission.
1.2 When registering, the User must provide complete and accurate information, as well as keep this information up to date.
1.3 To confirm the authenticity of the electronic mailbox of the user, after registration a confirmation letter will be sent. If the user does not accept it, the registration will not be completed.
1.4 The user can fill in information about himself on the site, which will be displayed in a profile to which an unlimited number of people have access.
2. Use of the site
2.1 The User is free to use the Site in its entirety, but without violating the rights of others, in particular the rights of the Site.
2.2 User can create and upload any material within the scope of the site's targeting. Site Administration does not approve these materials, except in case of complaints from users and copyright holders.
2.3 In case of violation of intellectual and other rights, the user is solely responsible.
2.4 The User has no right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell or use for any commercial purpose any part of the site (including the content accessible to the User via the services) or access to it, unless the User has received such permission from Atoom.
2.5 If User violates the law, moral or ethical standards, or this agreement, User's account may be deleted.
3. Intellectual Rights
3.1 All objects, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects (hereinafter Service Content), as well as any content posted on the Site are the exclusive rights of Atoom, Users and other copyright holders.
3.2 Atoom does not create or generate the content distributed on the Site. The Site provides a venue where anyone can upload objects of intellectual property. The site does not verify the ownership of exclusive rights. If intellectual rights are violated, the copyright holder must inform the administration of the site with a link and documents confirming the intellectual rights by e-mail - [email protected].
3.3 All rights to objects created by users remain with them. The site will not use these materials in its activities without the permission of the copyright holder.
3.4 No person has the right to reproduce the works on other resources without the permission of the copyright holders, and if they are not available, then without the permission of the owners of the site.
3.5 Materials located on the site are protected as part of the database, that is, it is impossible to reproduce the intellectual property without the permission of the copyright holder. It is also impossible to perform parsing.
