Abstract Stimuli‐responsive fluorescent hydrogels are three‐dimensional networked polymeric materials with tunable luminescence and dynamic properties, which play an important role as a water‐rich soft material in the fields of information encryption, bionic actuation, bioimaging, environmental monitoring, luminescent materials. Compared conventional hydrogels, their unique properties allow visualization microscopic dynamics within polymer network. Abstract Developing X-ray scintillators that are water-dispersible, compatible with polymeric matrices, and processable to flexible substrates is an important challenge. Herein, Tb 3+ -doped Na 5 Lu 9 F 32 introduced as scintillating material steady-state light yields of 15,800 photons MeV −1 , which generated nanocrystals on halloysite nanotubes. The obtained product exhibits good water-dispersibility highly sensitive luminescence X-rays. It deposited onto a polyurethane foam afford composite dose-dependent radioluminescence. Moreover, the dispersed into polymer matrixes in aqueous solution prepare rigid or scintillator screen for imaging. As third example, it incorporated multilayer hydrogels information camouflage multilevel encryption. Encrypted can be recognized only by irradiation, while false read out under UV light. Leveraging the rich stimuli-response of polymers represents a promising direction towards optical communication/encryption. Sign language, which relies on specific geometric change for secured communication, has been widely used same purpose since ancient time. We report strategy that combines both in validated manner with hydrogel not only carries encrypted information but also hidden behavior to morph geometrically. Extremely low hysteresis, high mechanical strength, superior toughness, and excellent healability are essential for stretchable ionic conductors to enhance their reliability meet cutting-edge applications. However, the fabrication of with such mutually exclusive properties remains challenging. Herein, extremely low-hysteresis healable a tensile strength ≈8.9 MPa toughness ≈23.2 MJ m-3 fabricated through complexation 4-carboxybenzaldehyde (CBA) grafted poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) (denoted as PVA-CBA) poly (allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) followed by acidification ion-loading steps. The step generates PVA-CBA/PAH in situ formed dynamic hydrophobic domains that lock stabilize noncovalent interactions. This significantly minimizes energy dissipation during cyclic loading (≤200% strain), resulting hysteresis (≈5%). fractured can be healed at 60 °C restore original properties.
