Abstract Stimuli‐responsive hydrogels have the capability to alter their state in response changes physiological signals within application environment, providing distinct benefits drug delivery applications. Here, acidic pH typically found acutely infected wounds can be effectively managed by incorporating a pH‐responsive Ag + loaded system hydrogel, thereby ensuring efficient use and preventing potential toxicity from sudden release of silver ions. The antimicrobial composite hydrogel HAMA/GelMA‐CA/Ag provides some tissue adhesion accelerates wound healing. GelMA‐CA is synthesized modifying gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) with caffeic acid (CA), while hyaluronic (HAMA) introduced prepare double network hydrogel. Silver nitrate then make it through formation coordination between polyphenolic structure exhibited excellent antioxidant properties strong activity against both Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) Escherichia coli (E. coli). The practical application of flexible sensors in sound detection is significantly hindered by challenges such as information isolation, fragmentation, and low fidelity. To address these challenges, this work developed a composite hydrogel via one-pot method, employing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) the first network, polyacrylic acid (PAA) second two-dimensional nanomaterials—reduced graphene oxide (rGO)—generated through redox reaction polydopamine (PDA) (GO) conductive fillers. uniformly distributed rGO within forms an efficient endowing material with high sensitivity (GF = 0.64), excellent conductivity (8.15 S m−1), rapid response time (350 ms), outstanding stability. synergistic interaction between PDA PAA modulates hydrogel’s adhesion (0.89 kPa), enabling conformal attachment to skin surfaces. designed rGO@PVA-PAA hydrogel-based sensor effectively monitors vibrations across diverse frequencies originating from five vocal cavities (head, nasal, oral, laryngeal, thoracic cavities) during singing. Integrated multi-position synchronization Bluetooth wireless sensing technologies, system achieves coordinated monitoring multiple cavities. Furthermore, demonstrates versatility detecting physiological signals, including electrocardiograms, subtle vibrations, multi-scale body movements, highlighting its broad applicability biomedical motion-sensing applications.

Hydrogels are ideal lubricants due to their hydrophilicity and ability mitigate issues such as creep leakage. Based on the diversity of application environments, it is crucial develop hydrogels with adjustable lubrication that can adjust properties by changing in external environment. However, they still face challenges balancing responsiveness, efficacy, safety. This study presents a pH-responsive hydrogel prepared from polyvinylpyrrolidone phytic acid, addition MXene glycerol enhance its tribological performance. The optimal contents for peak efficiency found be 5 mg/mL wt %, respectively. lubricant maintain low-friction state without failure long-term testing 3 h, achieving coefficient friction (COF) 0.01. synergistic effect reached reduction 69% wear resistance improvement up 96%. Moreover, COF regulated adjusting pH value. also stands out robust self-healing, injectability, biocompatibility, making an excellent candidate advanced biomedical applications.
