Abstract
In
this
study,
we
examine
the
relationship
between
various
ethical
motivations
and
types
of
corporate
social
responsibility
(CSR)
activities
to
better
understand
drivers
green
consumption
behavior
in
context
sustainability.
The

Purpose
This
study
explores
green
consumer
behaviour

Generation
Y
(Gen
Y)

Z

in
India,
applying
the
Theory
of
Planned
Behaviour
(TPB)
to
assess

digital
literacy
eco-friendly

Design/methodology/approach
The
research
involved
a
survey
680
randomly
selected
respondents
from
educational
institutions
across
three
northern
Indian
cities.

collection
was
conducted
using
structured
questionnaire
items
measured
on
5-point
Likert
scale.
Statistical
methods,
including
confirmatory
factor
analysis,
were
used
validate
measurement
model,
while
descriptive
statistics,
reliability
regression
analysis
employed
analyse
data.
Findings

differences
between

regarding
factors
influencing
product
intentions.

affected
environmental
knowledge

Purpose
