Abstract Gynura procumbens , known as longevity spinach, is a plant traditionally used in tropical Asian countries for its anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, anti-hypertensive, anti-hyperglycemic, and anti-inflammatory properties. The current study aimed to enhance the hepatorenal protective activity of leaf extract (GLE) by developing self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS). SMEDDS-GLE exhibited formation small micelles with mean droplet size 231 nm. This resulted significant enhancement dispersion GLE water, evidenced dispersibility that was at least 4.8 times greater than alone. In rat model hepatic injury induced cisplatin (7.5 mg/kg, i.p. ), administration (75 mg-GLE/kg, p.o. ) significantly reduced liver damage, observed histological examination levels plasma biomarkers associated injury. Abstract Resveratrol is a widely recognized polyphenolic phytochemical found in various plants and their fruits, such as peanuts, grapes, berry fruits. It renowned for its several health advantages. The well known anticancer properties, substantial amount of clinical evidence has also established promise chemotherapeutic agent. This study focuses on assessing the properties resveratrol gaining insight into underlying molecular mechanisms. evaluates biopharmaceutical, toxicological characteristics, utilization to determine suitability further development reliable Therefore, information about preclinical studies was collected from different electronic databases up‐to‐date (2018–2023). Introduction: Cheilanthes tenuifolia is an evergreen ornamental small fern, belonging to the family Pteridaceae, that grows in warm and rocky regions worldwide. Many species of genus are evidently endowed with important phytochemicals bioactivities. This study aimed perform a preliminary phytochemical analysis leaves alongside evaluation free radical scavenging, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, clot lysis activities extract fractions. Materials methods: A was done after fractionation ethanolic (ECT) n -hexane (HCT) chloroform (CCT). Then, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) egg albumin RBC membrane stabilization tests, disc diffusion, human blood assays were performed. Results: Phytochemical investigations suggested plant rich alkaloids, glycosides, tannins, flavonoids. All obtained fractions exhibited concentration-dependent inhibition protein denaturation capacities.
