Non-alcoholic
fatty
liver
disease
(NAFLD)
is
a
global
health
burden
closely
linked
to
insulin
resistance,
obesity,
and
type
2
diabetes.
The
complex
pathophysiology
of
NAFLD

Nuclear
receptors
(NRs)
have
emerged
as
crucial
regulators

metabolism

NAFLD,

therapeutic

for
