Over the preceding five decades, there has been a noticeable surge in pursuit of achieving voluminous and well-defined lips. This trend prompted an escalating number individuals to undergo lip augmentation procedures, aiming for natural three-dimensional enhancement volume distinct vermilion borders. Despite proliferation techniques, remains dearth comprehensive investigations into their precise effects on structural integrity research endeavors address this gap by employing stereophotogrammetry as quantitative tool scrutinize outcomes appraise efficacy plumpers. The study methodology involves comparative analysis dimensions among subjects treated with commercial plumper using multi-spectral imaging dimension assessment, coupled markerless tracking technology 3D interpolating surface analyze shape. Additionally, evaluated youth state, including moisture level, softness, firmness, tissue density. demand procedures is driven perceived advantages such quick recovery minimal risk. Therefore, it crucial substantiate robust findings. investigation suggests that both 2D techniques are reliable evaluating size before after augmentation, whether through cosmetic or aesthetic approaches. Overall, provides treatment aimed at enhancing redesigning lines. It demonstrates effective assessing correlation internal structure. could be particularly valuable duration various dermal fillers, implants, topical formulations, offering reproducible assessments over time.

Although edible flowers have been historically principally used due to their visual appeal and smell, the world is discovering value as innovative natural sources of bioactive compounds. Cucurbita pepo L. (CpL), a plant from Cucurbitaceae family, widely cultivated for its fruits flowers, which are rich in polyphenols carotenoids—compounds known potent antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties. Despite potential, use CpL skin-related applications remains underexplored. This study aimed comprehensively analyze flower extract (CpLfe), focusing on polyphenolic carotenoid content using, first time, advanced UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS HPLC-DAD analysis. CpLfe highlighted remarkable activity according DPPH, ABTS, FRAP tests. showed significantly reduced intracellular ROS HaCaT (23%, p < 0.05) protected against UVB-induced damage by lowering MMP-1 expression. also upregulated genes crucial skin hydration (AQP3) barrier function (CerS2, CerS4, CerS6). A placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial further validated efficacy, demonstrating marked improvements moisture retention, wrinkle reduction, collagen production women aged 35–55. These findings suggested that could be source compounds recovered able improve major aging photoaging features.
