This study aims to explore the impact of aging on skin elasticity, a key biomechanical property that diminishes over time, using Cutometer assess viscoelastic parameters. Methods: Researchers analyzed 22 parameters from facial 60 women aged 18 70. Although edible flowers have been historically principally used due to their visual appeal and smell, the world is discovering value as innovative natural sources of bioactive compounds. Cucurbita pepo L. (CpL), a plant from Cucurbitaceae family, widely cultivated for its fruits flowers, which are rich in polyphenols carotenoids—compounds known potent antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties. Despite potential, use CpL skin-related applications remains underexplored. This study aimed comprehensively analyze flower extract (CpLfe), focusing on polyphenolic carotenoid content using, first time, advanced UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS HPLC-DAD analysis.
