A
series
of
novel
indole
quinoline
derived
chalcones
were
synthesized
using
cost-effective
synergetic
catalytic
system
consisting
heterogeneous
basic
bleaching
earth
clay
(pH
12.5)
and
PEG-400
as
solvent
at
ambient
temperature
with
the
yields
60-76%.
All
these
characterized
by
spectral
data.

DPPH
SOR
scavenging
assays
performed
to
evaluate
their
antioxidant
nature
compounds.

We
report
a
facile,
efficient,
and
environmentally
benign
approach
for
preparing
morpholino-linked
1,4-dihydropyridine
derivatives.
The
four-component
fusion
of
morpholin-4-amine,
diethyl
acetylene
dicarboxylate,
malononitrile,
chosen
substituted
benzaldehydes
occurred
under
microwave
irradiation
mild
conditions
in
the
presence
potassium
carbonate
as
catalyst.

offers
remarkable
benefits

excellent
yields
(92–98
%),
easy
handling,
simple
workup,
economy,
cleaner
