Medical transport (MT) professionals are subject to considerable emotional demands due their involvement in life-or-death situations and exposure the serious health problems of clients. An increase demand for MT services has, turn, increased interest study psychosocial risk factors affecting workers this sector. Abstract Social work students experience high levels of stress, which makes them vulnerable to stress-related disorders such as depression. Attachment security has been associated with better stress regulation . Introduction Post Critical Incident Seminar (PCIS) is an intervention originally developed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for supporting law enforcement officers who have faced critical incidents (CIs) at work. In Finland, police forces arranged modified PCIS regularly since 2012, but first emergency service personnel was organized in 2020. consists psychoeducation, peer support, and mental health professional support/Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Previous international studies are scarce. Our research question this: After 6 months, how do participated describe impacts on experiences psychological state evoked CI that reason to apply it? Background: Paramedical staff are essential to healthcare services and often encounter negative life events that can influence their psychological well-being. This research aimed elucidate the connection between well-being of paramedical personnel in Multan City, Punjab, Pakistan. Methods: The study utilized a correlational approach involved purposive sample 196 from multiple medical institutions. Negative Life Events Scale (Wills et al., 1992) Psychological Well-being (Ryff & Keyes, 1995) were used as instruments. Pearson's correlation coefficient was evaluate relationship specified variables. Results: analysis revealed significant (r = -0.48, p < 0.01). found be predictor well-being, explaining 23% variance assessments. who experienced higher frequency reported lower levels well-being. Conclusion: results this shed light on importance addressing impact staff.
