This
study

compliance
of
13
multipurpose
cooperatives
in
Rinconada
with
Memorandum
Circular
No.
2013-15
Series
2013
from
Cooperative
Development
Authority.
It
identified
respondent
profiles
terms
operational
years,
memberships,
personnel,
asset
size,
and
services
offered.
The
extent
assessed
across
organizational,
social,
economic,
financial
aspects.
Difficulties
faced
by
were
determined,
along
relationship
between
compliance.
Universal
convenience
sampling
methods
employed
select
119
respondents,
including
cooperative
management,
staff,
committee
members.
Data
collection

questionnaires,
interviews,

that
organizational
factors

impacted
operations,
