Recently,
it
has
been
reported
that
a
gene
(PEN1)
in
Arabidopsis
thaliana
is
highly
resistant
to
Plutella
xylostella.
We
screened
all
the
homologous
genes
of
PEN1
and
found
motif
these
was
very
conserved.
At
present,
few
insect
resistance
have
identified
characterized
Brassica
napus.
Therefore,
we
containing
this
napus
genome
systematically
analyzed
basic
information,
conserved
domain,
evolutionary
relationship,
chromosomal
localization
expression
analysis
genes.
In
study,
12
were
genome,
which
more
than
number
thaliana.
These
are
unevenly
distributed
on
chromosomes
Furthermore,
contained
light
responsiveness

most
gibberellin-responsive

Chemical
control
of
insect
pests

oilseed
rape
(OSR)

increasingly
difficult
